Learned more about my hearing aids today then in 5 visits from where I bought them Excwllent tech and listened and fixed problem that I told other techs in florida about.Your A I online has wrong info as to locations in wi.Found you and got new info about things never discussed before.
During my last visit with Brittney on 10/1/26, I had questions about the charging unit for my hearing aids and she quickly showed me how to make sure that all of the ports were clean and dry so that it would work properly. She always cleans my hearing aids, checks my inner ears, changes the microphone and makes sure that I’m comfortable with them! I highly recommend Brittney or any of the staff members who come directly to Antigo, and other locations to help each person!

I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I made an appointment with Zoey and the next day I saw Tony. Tony took care of it right away and I’m a happy camper.
The gentleman at Hearing Advantage Antigo was so patient and informative. He took the time to clean my hearing aids after I thought they did not work any more so proceeded to clean saying this could help when he was done like brand new unbelievable I could hear stuff i have not heard in a very long time very professional and was very clean there and I felt so comfortable and relaxed he didn’t rush ask me to please call if I have any problems being there was great thank you for being exemplary to our community.
